Dr. William Duffy, whose personal successful war in fighting sugar addiction resulted in the book called “Sugar Blues” He writes:
Knowing what processed foods to avoid is a large connection to getting and staying healthy. “In kicking sugar, the most helpful extra hint I can give you is the one that worked for me, kick red meat. Just switching from red meat to fish or fowl reduces your desire for a sweet concoction at the end of a meal. It makes it easier to settle for something natural, like fruit, or even no dessert at all.”
If you have pancreatic cancer, kicking the sugar habit is a necessity. All sugar, and especially fake sugar. Stay away from vending machines. Vending machines only have fake food in them. Remember, your biggest asset is planning your “emergency stash.”

“Raw nuts and seeds are the best source of high-quality essential fatty acids and have low amounts of saturated oils.” These foods fight colorectal cancer.
An article by Wayne Maretin in the November, 1989 Townsend Newsletter for doctors provides a great deal of support for the theory that cholesterol itself is not the culprit it is thought to be in heart disease, but it is the hydrogenated and homogenized fats used and consumed in so many foods that are the disease-causing factors.
Dr. Andrew Weil says to avoid eating unhealthy tropical oils like palm and coconut oils and says:
“Strictly avoid all hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated oils, including margarine and vegetable shortening (like Crisco).”
Dr. David Reuben says:
“Almost all hydrogenated fats contain plenty of the metal, since it is used in the manufacturing process for these substances. You’ll find a slug of nickel in margarine, most candies, peanut butter, and solidified cooking fats, among other foods. Too much nickel cause recurrent respiratory infections”
Doctors agree that hydrogenated oils are bad for your health because it is not natural to your body. In other words, before man invented hydrogenated oil, it was not on the face of this earth. If man manufacturers it, you can rest assured it is bad for your health and very bad for your waistline.
Dr. Russel Jaffe, M.D., a noted medical researcher stumbled across the fact that hog farmers wouldn’t feed trans fatty acids to their hogs. I mean, the little piggies eat garbage! But, they cannot eat hydrogenated oil, and our children eat it every time they have a store-bought cookie or a bag of chips! The reason? The hogs died when they ate it! That will ruin your hog business in a hurry when the hog dies from the food you feed it!

No time to investigate hogs dying from hydrogenated oil, when we are feeding hydrogenated oil to our children? If you expect to lose weight and keep it off, eliminating this fake food is essential! We already know why food manufacturers use hydrogenated oil. Remember, because hydrogenated oil allows food manufacturers to use cheap oil in their food processing and to increase their products shelf life. Food manufacturers are interested in their products shelf life and not in your life!
