Research on Malnutrition Feel Health Class. Is Breakfast cereal good?

Research on Malnutrition – Study Reveals Breakfast cereal truth

Research on Malnutrition

Rat Study

A Research on Malnutrition was done with laboratory rats to monitor their health while on a diet of eating just corn flakes. They gave one group of rats their normal diet of fresh fruits and vegetables and another group corn flakes.

In a few weeks, they noted that the research on malnutrition was going as expected. The group that was getting the fresh fruits and vegetables was doing very well. The group that was eating just the corn flakes was  not doing as well. In fact, one of the rats died.

Further, the second group was now divided – part of the group was doing very poorly, and the other part of the group was doing slightly better. Neither group was doing as good as the fresh fruits and vegetables group. The study was to watch two groups – not three. Why did an unplanned third group emerge?

After further investigation, it was discovered that the third group of rats had accidentally been eating the cardboard packaging along with the cornflakes. What is the moral of this story? If you want to be healthier, do not eat the corn flakes–eat the corn flake box–It’s more nutritious!

This Research on Malnutrition has shown you some very confusing results. Even though a very well-known spokes person says cornflakes are, “Grrrrr-reat!” I’m not too sure we can believe him because he wants to sell his cornflakes.

Instead, we learn that eating fresh fruit for breakfast may be a better choice. If you don’t have time, please consider eating a fresh fruit smoothie for on the go.
