I know a lot of people who have allergies. Many of my clients tell me that they have food allergies, too. As we replace what they currently eat with new chemical-free alternatives, their food allergies just about disappear. Why? Well, because most of their allergies are caused by the additives, preservatives, food colorings, flavorings and other “stuff” in their food and not the actual food causing the allergy. After we methodically eliminate those additives — over 80 percent of the allergies are gone. It has been my experience that food allergies are not being caused by the food—wheat, peanuts, cheese — but the allergy is caused by the other additives that food manufacturers put into our food in order for that product to have a nice long shelf life. Have you ever found French fries under the seat in your car? Where are the ants? Where are the bugs? There aren’t any. Why? Because not even the lowest life form — bugs—consider that French fry to be “food.” If the lowest life form doesn’t consider that French fry to be food, is it food? Probably not. So, do you know what’s in your food? Do you read ingredient lists? Here’s a food label from a Healthy Choice label. Healthy Choice is a choice all right, but it is NOT a healthy choice. You would need to be a chemist to pronounce all the ingredients on this package. Then you would have to do a ton of research to find out if these chemicals have a reaction to the human body. No one is doing that research so you would never know. But, from my research: my clients and my own personal life, I have found that all additives to your food are deadly to you and to your health.
