Thank You – Your book is teaching me patience and discipline for my Life, which is the optimal health of my liver. Patience is for me when I backslide and eat out or fast, and discipline to continue eating clean, in spite of numerous challenges (food makers, labels, hidden ingredients, water, containers, costs, etc). Now that is knowledge to live by. Granted it is a daily challenge with the temptations of addictive foods waving under ones nose versus clean foods. The consequences for me giving into temptation equals pain and illness. I will continue to practice what and how you teach for learning to eat to live and not live to eat. Thank You, Dr. Rossano!

I have some good news for you – the longer you eat chemical free – the less those addictive foods will be desirous to you. In many ways you are addicted to the chemicals in those foods and they keep calling your name in the same way an addict is driven to take drugs. Your patience and discipline will pay off.
