    Sweating is a good thing. If you didn’t sweat, I would worry you may have a major disease. Sweating is how your body detoxifies. A person who has had cancer does NOT sweat much. The best way to tell your body to sweat less is to give your body less toxins. Be careful when you eat out by avoiding special sauces on your food. A fresh raw salad is a good move for detoxifying. Order the house salad dressing because typically it is made fresh on premises. A better choice would bring a small jar of the EVOO Garlic Salad Dressing recipe on this website.

    Most people “Thimk” by eating organic, they are eating without chemicals. Problem? What do you cook with? What do you add to make your food tasty? Like?

    Most items in the refrigerator door. Mustard, ketchup, Mayo. Etc. All deadly.
    How about canned something? Olives? Pickles? Beans, Etc. Deadly.
    Do you eat bread or crackers? Most store bought foods have hydrogenated oil. #1 ingredient to give you a migraine.
    Any sweets? #2 ingredient to cause migraines are “flavoring.” Natural flavoring is the most common.
    If you have an ingredient list on any of the foods you eat, you are eating chemicals.

    Yes, migraines are caused by a liver that is NOT protecting you by filtering out the chemical additives and preservatives that are in your diet.

    I am having almost constant migraines, but do not know what is going on with my liver. Are the two related? My liver has some pain, I can feel some stones when I move at times, but my biofeedback, balance did not show a lot of liver issues. Any thoughts?

    I just went to the Dr for these symptoms and I had a ultra sound done because she thought it was my gallbladder. The results came back and my gallbladder is full of sludge and my liver is fat. She prescribed a acid reducer. I am diabetic also. I have never been this sick in my life. I wish I was dead. I have been going over your books the fatty liver one and in the mail the feel better in 48 hrs is on it way. I made the minced garlic and salad dressing. Getting used to the taste is a new thing. I did have a raw salad for lunch and so far I have not thrown up-but I am still quezzie. I have to beat this, I can’t live like this any more. I will start drinking the tea. Thanks for your help, I feel that God has brought me to you in his amazing way!

    Those two books share a lot of the same information. If you can cancel the Feel Better Plan book, that would be good.

    The raw salad: Wait on eating this once a day. If you are feeling like throwing up, your gallbladder does NOT want a lot of oil. You will need to cut down on the salad dressing to zero.

    Here’s a few tips:

    1) Just eat the recipes in the book. Like what? The chicken and yellow rice is wonderful.
    2) A boiled egg for breakfast and some toast or the flatbread is the easiest bread recipe I know. A cut up raw tomato is my favorite.
    3) The tomato potato soup is great.
    4) Fresh fruit is the perfect snack right now. It will cleanse your body.
    5) Banana nut bread is another good one for dessert.
    6) The crock spaghetti sauce is wonderful, too.

    After you have been eating from the recipe book – ONLY – – that means no eating out, no prepared foods of any kind for a week, then try the raw salad and the EVOO garlic salad dressing. When your liver and gallbladder have been pushed to the limit, then your body cannot cope with zero oil. That’s why you feel like throwing up.

    I would recommend a one-day fruit fast. That means you can drink water and you can eat fruit for 24 hours. You will be a new woman!

    I am very sorry that you are sick!! If you are throwing up after eating, stop eating.

    Drink some chamomile tea. One or two cups should help. Do you have a temperature? You may have the flu and your illness may NOT be diet related.

    My advice would be to see your doctor to make sure you don’t have something else wrong.
